Note: we ONLY accept the following 3 types of applications for annual plan currently: 1. Students currently/ will be studying in university 2. Or those who have graduated from university within 2 years (2023-2024) & have employment certificates 3. Or university staff
We only provide the annual plan for the 2024 academic year currently , and the period of stay is from August 16, 2024 to July 31, 2025. Monthly or daily rental is not available currently.
You need to present your valid student certification document before signing the licence agreement.
