  • 01How many rooms are there in Sunny House? What kind of room types do we offer?

    We provide 720 units in total, with 4 room types - Single, Twin, Trio and Quad rooms.

  • 02What is the size of the room?

    Size ranges from 230 to 480 sq.ft.^, accommodate individuals with different needs.

  • 03What are the differences of each Twin Room (D1, D2 ,D3, D4)?

    Twin Room D1 and D2 range from 230 sq.ft.^, providing with the upper and lower bed.

    D1: A bunk bed is used to separate two independent spaces in the center of the room, which is suitable for people who want to have roommates but also need a certain amount of personal space.

    D2: Equipped with a single bed and a loft bed·

    D3/D4: Ranges from 247-280 sq.ft.^ with 2 single beds; Equipped with
    accessible bathroom for D4.

  • 04What shared facilities and amenities do we have?

    There are 4 floors with a total of 32,000 sq. ft.^ of shared space, where tenants can gather, socialize, and forge lasting connections. Shared facilities include: shared kitchen, laundromat, gym, movie room, co-working space, study room, meeting rooms, consultation room, game zone, outdoor sports field, barbecue area, outdoor terrace, lounge and multifunction room, etc.

    Other amenities: elevators, fire fighting equipment, garbage rooms, car park, convenience store, 24hr reception, mailboxes, and 24hr security & CCTV system.

  • 05Is the transportation convenient?

    - 5-min walk to Diamond Hill MTR Station (exit A2)
    - 14-min walk to Kai Tak MTR Station (exit B)
    - 7-min walk to Diamond Hill (Choi Hung Road) Public Transport Interchange

    Diamond Hill Station is directly connected to the Kwun Tong Line and Tuen Ma Line:
    - 4-min MTR travel time to Kai Tak
    - 15-min to East Tsim Sha Tsui
    - 18-min to West Kowloon High Speed Rail (Austin Station)
    - 20-min to Admiralty
    - Around 15-30 min to different universities

  • 06How is the neighborhood?

    Walk 5-10 mins to the shopping malls (Plaza Hollywood, Mikiki Mall, Maxgrand Plaza), restaurants, supermarkets (Wellcome, U Select, Qdama), food markets (Kai Chuen Market), convenience stores (852, OK, 7-11), banks, drug stores (Mannings, Watsons), stationery stores, groceries, bookstores, money exchange shops and SF Express.

    Walk 2-17 mins to reach Artisan Lab and Artisan Hub (the centers for interest classes on the same street), multiple courts, stadiums and swimming pools in the area.

Book a Room

  • 01What are the booking procedures?

    5 steps to book a room:

    1. Select Room Type​
    Check the room information on website, select the room type and bed that suits you​.

    2. Contact Us​
    Contact our sales representative via WhatsApp or WeChat.​

    3. Create an e-Contract​
    Provide personal information and relevant supporting documents, and we will create an e-Contract​.

    4. Pay Deposit​
    Sign the e-Contract after receiving it via email, and pay the room deposit​ within two days.

    5. Confirm Booking
    Receive payment receipt and room reservation confirmation via email. One month before moving in, you will receive a move-in notice and need to pay the remaining first term rent.
